Cloud Presales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Presales Manager to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and proven experience in cloud services, particularly with partners such as SCP, Azure, AWS, and Alibaba Cloud. The following skills and qualifications are required:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field: Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a presales or technical sales role: Preferably in the cloud services industry.
  • Proven experience with SCP, Azure, AWS, and Alibaba Cloud platforms: Including certification in one or more of these platforms.
  • Strong understanding of local cloud service providers in Turkey: Familiarity with their offerings and market position.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities: Capable of identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Technical proficiency: Knowledge of cloud architecture, SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS solutions.
  • Project management skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Sales acumen: Understanding of sales processes and experience in supporting sales teams.
  • Customer-oriented mindset: Strong focus on delivering value to customers and enhancing their experience.
  • Collaboration skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and engineering.
  • Bilingual skills: Proficiency in both Turkish and English.
  • Experience in a multi-cloud environment: Familiarity with integrating and managing multiple cloud platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team: Provide technical expertise and guidance during the sales process.
  • Create and deliver presentations and demos: Tailor presentations to the specific needs of potential clients.
  • Understand customer requirements: Analyze customer needs and design appropriate cloud solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest developments in cloud technology and local market trends.
  • Collaborate with partners: Work closely with SCP, Azure, AWS, and Alibaba Cloud partners to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Develop technical documentation: Prepare proposals, RFP responses, and other technical documents as needed.
  • Train and mentor junior team members: Share knowledge and help develop the skills of junior staff.
