Now, we are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our team In this customer-facing role, you will work with businesses to guide and deliver Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) on the enterprise level. While your primary focus will be on delivery, you may also be involved in various stages of the project lifecycle, including presales. A crucial aspect of your role will involve working closely with clients to enhance their digital marketing strategies through the utilization of Marketing Cloud. As a trusted source of expertise, you will guide clients in alignment with Marketing Cloud's best practices and expanding range of capabilities. Your ultimate objective will be to help clients create a comprehensive, multi-channel roadmap that aligns with their business goals.

Position Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication. This is a must and please don't apply if you don't have confidence in your English skills.
  • BS/MS degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years' experience working hands-on in Marketing automation platforms, ideally involving integrations with Salesforce core and other platforms.
  • Knowledge of technical languages used in SFMC: SSJS, AMPScript, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
  • Understanding of data dependencies and design for Marketing Cloud journeys and campaigns.
  • Conceptual understanding of the SFMC platform ecosystem and relations with other SF Clouds (Sales Cloud, Community Cloud, Service Cloud, CDP, Interaction Studio, Datorama).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate project concepts and outcomes to clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver marketing automation projects within tight deadlines.
  • Having earned or willing to obtain within the first 6 months the Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certifications.

It's Great if you Have

  • Experience with Datorama, Interaction Studio, CDP, Advertising Studio.
  • Experience with other marketing automation tools (Marketo, Eloqua, Adobe Campaigns, etc).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs, such as email marketing and other marketing conversion metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Understand business objectives, user needs, and technical capabilities to recommend solutions that drive business value and enable success with SFMC.
  • Document requirements in the form of user stories.
  • Design and implement complex marketing automation journeys in SFMC, including but not limited to lead nurturing, lead scoring, and segmentation.
  • Configure and manage SFMC Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, and Journey Builder.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize journeys based on engagement data.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to measure the success and ROI of marketing programs.
  • Train and support internal teams on best practices for using SFMC.
  • Conduct user training and actively promote user adoption of Marketing Cloud.
  • Coordinate and support the client with user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Support the project manager in identifying and mitigating risk and resolving issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on new features and functionality in SFMC to ensure maximum utilization of the platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce administrators, developers, and analysts.
