As a Sales Engineer, you will leverage your technical expertise in enterprise cybersecurity to articulate the value of our solutions to prospective clients. While lead generation is handled by our Business Development Representatives, your role will focus on engaging clients and presenting tailored solutions during meetings arranged by our Business Development Manager. You will bring your knowledge of cybersecurity infrastructure — including Penetration Testing, SIEM, MDM, DLP, IAM, PAM, Disaster Recovery Services, VDI, and Virtual Servers — to deliver compelling presentations and basic demonstrations of our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to understand client needs and tailor presentations of our cybersecurity solutions accordingly.
- Generate quotes and proposals for customers, ensuring alignment with their specific requirements and project scopes.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations that showcase the advantages and capabilities of the company's offerings.
- Present technical and infrastructure solutions during scheduled client meetings, demonstrating the benefits and capabilities of our products.
- Conduct elementary demonstrations of our solutions, showcasing how they address specific client challenges.
- Respond to RFPs, creating detailed technical proposals, and addressing complex client inquiries.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals by effectively balancing technical and commercial considerations.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in IT with a focus on Cybersecurity concepts and implementations.
- Familiarity with enterprise cybersecurity and infrastructure solutions such as Penetration Testing, SIEM, MDM, DLP, IAM, PAM, Disaster Recovery Services, VDI, and Virtual Servers.
- Proven ability to present complex technical information in a clear, confident, and compelling manner.
- Understanding of compliance standards and procedures, including ISO 27001.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams to achieve business objectives.
