We want to build a team of people with purpose. That's why Orbia B&I (Wavin) is currently looking for a Sales Technical Advisor to join our Urban Climate Resilience team in Istanbul, Turkey. If you want to make a difference and work for a purpose-led company, please read on.

The Role

In this challenging position, you are responsible for representing our Urban Climate Resilience Products in Turkey. You will be developing a business plan and exploring business opportunities for our products and support our efforts in meeting our commercial targets in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You represent and market our UCR Products in the region.
  • You are responsible for developing annual and quarterly sales plans and apply "value selling" where applicable.
  • You are in charge of maintaining contact with our key customers (e.g. wholesalers, investors, contractors, etc).
  • You are finding and tracking new customers and business opportunities.
  • You are in charge of the full sales life-cycle from offer to contract negotiation.
  • You maintain relationships by regularly visiting our clients and by giving technical advice during project implementation.

Required education and experience:

  • You have a relevant educational background and have technical affinity.
  • You are a confident user of IT systems such as Office 365 & Microsoft Dynamics.
  • You are an experienced value-added seller and can work with different sales paths (project, wholesale, end-user).
  • You have a clean driver's license and good driving record.
  • You have the ability to work in a structured sales environment and work in a structured manner when building business opportunities, reviewing processes, etc.
  • You are fluent in Turkish and English.
