We are looking for a team member for the position of Customer Analytics & Insight Manager.
This role will focus on leveraging data analytics to optimize sales processes and improve customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing key performance metrics across multiple departments, managing analytic projects as business owner, providing data-driven insights, and implementing performance improvement actions.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the analytics person on projects, applying logical and creative thinking to drive to fact-based insights.
- Strongly influence business decisions via integrating commercial cycles with opportunity identification and risks in terms of market growth & share.
- Analyze key sales and customer relationship metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
- Provide data-driven decision support and recommendations to strengthen marketing strategies and share these with CEO and senior management and relevant departments.
- Analyze large datasets to develop strategic insights tailored to customer needs.
- Manage data modeling and analytical projects for customers.
- Manage and coordinate analytic projects with third parties and consultants.
- Develop / Improve micro-segmentation, product trend analysis, churn prediction models, and cross/up-sell models.
- Design and implement the datamart and reporting infrastructure.
- Build strong relationships with BI, data partners, and Sector Data Engineers to get the right data and deliver to the right partner.
- Define and track KPIs related to customer, ensuring goals are aligned with business objectives.
- Bring innovative solutions to marketing analytics processes by staying updated on new trends.
- Ensure alignment with innovation and best practices in customer analytics within the Ipekyol Group and department.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 8 years of experience in data & marketing analytics, business intelligence or data science (Retail sector focused).
- Proficient in SQL (MS/Oracle/Post-Gre).
- Preferably proficient in using data analysis and modeling tools such as KNIME, SPSS, SAS, Python or R.
- Advanced experience in data visualization tools such as Strategy (Microstrategy), Power BI, Qlik or Tableau.
- Advanced experience on MS Office tools especially Excel.
- Experience in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data modeling.
- Knowledge of data mining, machine learning, and big data analysis.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; experience in team management.
- Strong ability to interpret complex data sets into an actionable story.
- Ability to communicate data-driven findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to develop and implement strategies for improving sales performance and customer satisfaction based on data insights.
