Pourquoi ce poste?

  • S'assurer de la mise en place des équipes GOGE de ses filières / métiers / périmètre. Coordonner avec l'ensemble des acteurs RH de son périmètre toutes entités confondues de son champ de responsabilités.

  • Accélérer le taux de rétention de nos GO/GE et l'identification des potentiels.

De quoi est-il responsable?

  • Pourvoir les postes GOGE confirmés et coordonner la mise en place GOGE 1ier saison, et coordonner avec le HRM le recrutement local de son périmètre.

  • Intégration des GO/GE premières saisons de son périmètre.

  • Fluidité de la communication entre opérationnel village et service DRH mise en place EAF.

  • Animation de la filière GE/GO clés en villages.

  • Evaluation du climat social en village et rôle d'alerte.

  • Suivi du process cooptation de son périmètre.

Pour «tenir» ce poste, que faut-il faire?

  • Intégration

    • Assurer la prise de contact avec les GOGE 1ier saison une fois leur intégration en village.

    • S'entretenir avec les GO, GE et RDS lors des déplacements sur le terrain.

    • S'assurer de la bonne intégration en village pour les GO et GE 1ère saison.

    • Etre l'interlocuteur clé des formateurs village et de la ligne managériale sur le process d'intégration.

    • Alerter les RDS sur les leviers de motivations à activer pour augmenter le taux de rétention et en faire le suivi.

    • Communication / Ambassadeur

      • Fluidifier la communication avec le CDV, RDS, GO/GE.

      • Suivi du respect du process d'affectation et des informations données.

      • Etre dans l'anticipation, donner de la visibilité.

      • Participer à des opérations ponctuelles aux côtés du Recrutement et de l'Université des Talents.

      • Communiquer et animer le process «Ambassadeur» via la cooptation sur les métiers stratégiques.

      • GO/GE clés

        • Animer une réunion GO/GE clés lors des passages villages.

        • Etablir des entretiens de carrières.

        • S'assurer de la cohérence des informations dans Workday et les présenter aux HRM et CDV.

        • Veille sociale

          • Comprendre et analyser le climat social et les situations particulières des viviers (taux de turnover, mécontentements, …), par une veille sociale.

          • Remonter les informations utiles au RRH Secteur.

          • Conditions de vie GO/GE

            • Visiter l'ensemble des lieux de vie du personnel en village et établir un rapport (avec photos) pour le HRM village et RRH Secteur.

            • Prendre un repas au restaurant du personnel à chaque visite village, évaluer la qualité et établir un retour au chef de cuisine, responsable restaurant et F&B manager.

            • Réaliser une analyse des écarts lieux de vie et restaurant par rapport à nos engagements/plans menus et établir un plan d'action correctif.

            • Animer des réunions en village avec les managers sur l'expérience de vie GO/GE délivrée en village. Etablir et suivre les plans d'actions.

            • Participer ponctuellement aux projets d'évolution RH.

              • Remplacer ponctuellement un HRBP en cas de besoin.

                • CDV, HRM, RDS, GO, GE, RRH Secteur / Filières et HRBP, DRH Mise En Place EAFR, Pôle Recrutement, Université Des Talents QHSE.

                  • Systèmes d'information RH

                    Workday/ CR passages villages et suivi des plans d'actions.

Quels sont les indicateurs quantitatifs sur lesquels on va / peut évaluer la performance du collaborateur?

  • Avancement de la mise en place.

  • Taux de rétention des GO/GE.

  • Taux de turnover village.

  • Taux de potentiels.

  • Qualité du climat social.

  • Taux de fierté appartenance et amélioration des items conditions de vie (GO/GE voice).

Quels sont les pré-requis pour «tenir» / postuler ce poste?

Quel est le diplôme et/ou le nombre d'années d'expérience pour tenir le poste?

  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques Excel, Word, Powerpoint.

  • Capacité à argumenter et convaincre.

  • Capacité à établir des rapports de visite et suivre des plans d'actions.
