Your RoleWe are seeking an experienced sales professional to drive Marine Cargo Insurance and Commercial Insurance sales at Nacora Turkiye. This role involves driving business development, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring the successful implementation of strategies and actions.
Your Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals with a special focus on the Marine Cargo branch.
- Manage and support Nacora +Kuehne Nagel sales teams in all commercial insurance branches.
- Track and analyze sales performance and report to management.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of sales staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Marine Cargo & Commercial Lines insurance.
- Strong understanding of the insurance market and logistics industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and solve problems.
- Fluency in Turkish & English.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach and ability to work under pressure.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
