
Territory Sales Lead

The Territory Sales Lead will be responsible for driving business growth within their assigned territory by developing and executing effective sales strategies. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develops a business plan and sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Makes recommendations regarding the company's overall sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Proposes sales targets before the sales period and tracks performance against these targets.
- Identifies in-service training necessities to ensure the sales force is equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Organizes sales activities and action plans to maximize sales opportunities.
- Creates an appropriate reporting system for tracking sales activities and monitoring progress.
- Follows up and coordinates tender preparations to ensure successful outcomes.
- Contributes to the determination of selling prices for projects and participates in tenders.
- Informs project management after the signing of contracts and tracks competitor information relating to sales.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of national organizations and coordinates with the Marketing Manager as required.
- Makes periodic assessments of sales activities and informs all relevant parties.
- Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management and ability to build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Written and spoken English language skills are required.
- A medical physicist background is an advantage.
