Job Description

As a Retail Store Development Executive, your main goal will be to drive sales growth and optimize retail partnerships across assigned territories.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing Ferrero's retail strategy and building strong relationships with key retailers.
  • Conducting regular store checks to ensure compliance with brand standards and detect potential opportunities.
  • Analyzing sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive sales growth.
  • Developing and executing plans to enhance in-store promotions and increase Ferrero's market share.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate sales and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Preferably +2 years of experience in field sales or a related role.
  • Fluency in English and Turkish.
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of fulfilling targets.
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver's license.
