About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic-minded professional to join our team as a Sales Territory Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong focus on building relationships and driving growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth in the assigned territory through effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans that meet company objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
Essential Skills and Experience
Languages
English: Fluency is a plus
Turkish is a must.
Experience/Professional requirement
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development in the medical device industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business in assigned territories.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (preferably life sciences or health related discipline).
Travel Requirements:
Travel may be extensive, up to 80%.
