Role Overview
LivaNova is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our sales efforts in the territory. As a Territory Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong relationships with customers, and contributing to the success of our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory.
- Buid long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within assigned accounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints and issues.
- Evaluate market conditions, report market data and trends, and propose strategies for growth.
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with company objectives.
Requirements
Languages
English: Fluency is a plus
Turkish is a must.
Experience/Professional requirement
- Medical Device industry experience is considered key for the role.
- Proven track record of demonstrating knowledge and understanding of compliance topics.
- Good track record in leading and energizing teams to develop and execute commercial growth plans in a matrix environment.
- Strong demonstrative customer focus.
- Proven strategic selling and marketing skills to achieve growth and sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with excellent leadership ability.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills. Great influencing skills, with the ability to build trust.
Education
Bachelor's Degree (preferably life sciences or health related discipline).
Travel Requirements:
Travel may be extensive, up to 80%.
