
Commercial Territory Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Territory Representative to join our team in İstanbul. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving dealer performances, and building strong relationships with our customers.
In this role, you will monitor and analyze market trends, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize sales performance. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills will enable you to build effective partnerships and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and improve dealer performances to enhance overall sales results
- Analyze market trends and identify areas for improvement to optimize sales strategies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers through regular communication and site visits
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, sales)
- Proven track record of success in sales or business development, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools
