About the Role:This role involves managing territories to achieve sales targets. You will be responsible for implementing Ferrero Building Blocks in assigned stores, managing client relationships, and ensuring product visibility and quality.
To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree, preferably with +2 years of field sales experience. Fluency in English and Turkish is essential, along with proven sales experience and knowledge of MS Office tools.
Main Responsibilities:- Implement Ferrero Building Blocks in all NKA and LKA stores in assigned territories.
- Manage and organize client relationships to ensure integration with headquarter business initiatives.
- Monitor and control merchandiser agency performance to maintain product visibility and quality.
- Set and monitor customer quality and freshness KPI targets.
- Maximize Ferrero products sellout in assigned stores and obtain best visibility spots.
