
Revenue Growth Manager

As a Revenue Growth Manager at SAP, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing a comprehensive territory business plan. This will involve identifying and qualifying opportunities, developing strategy, and creating value propositions for SAP's solutions and services to potential customers and prospects in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute programs to drive pipeline and close deals
- Work with the Sales Manager and team to align on sales strategies and tactics
- Report on sales progress throughout the year and identify deviations from plans
- Align with partners on business planning and identify opportunities for growth
- Develop account plans for strategic deals and educate target accounts on SAP's solution set
- Lead efforts to establish and expand market share and revenue attainment within assigned territories
- Develop and govern relationships with the channel ecosystem
- Develop sales best practices to secure repeatable and expansive opportunities across designated accounts and territories
- Ensure high conversion rates from pipeline to deal closure and improve win rates
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience selling business software and/or IT solutions
- Good track record and experience in Software sales across industries in Turkey
- Experience and exposure to indirect business models
- Experience selling to CXOs (CHRO in particular)
- Proven track record in target achievement
- Knowledge of Human Capital/Human Resources market
- Deep local market knowledge and understanding
- Fluency in English and Turkish national language
