Job Summary

The Hotel Revenue Strategist is responsible for formulating and implementing revenue optimization strategies to maximize profit and occupancy levels. This role entails overseeing pricing strategy, monitoring market trends, and analyzing financial data to set competitive prices and forecast revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement revenue management techniques to enhance profitability and guest satisfaction.
  2. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design promotional strategies and packages that drive revenue growth.
  3. Analyze market research and financial data to inform pricing decisions and optimize revenue opportunities.
  4. Prepare regular revenue reports and presentations for senior management to ensure transparency and accountability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field; a Master's degree is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, and yield management.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of revenue management systems and software is an asset.
