Sephora USA, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Growth Strategist to drive revenue growth and improve profitability for the company.
About SephoraSephora has been active in Turkey since 2007, with 41 stores and online in 10 different cities. As Sephora Turkey, we are looking for a professional who can effectively develop strategies to grow revenue and improve profit for the company.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for defining local RGM and pricing strategy of the company, analyzing overall beauty market trends, including competitors to develop competitive pricing strategies, ensuring brand/product prices are competitive and well-positioned to secure margin rate, close work on P&L for brand/product specific actions to analyze offer's feasibility, define the best promotional strategy per channel per customer group to achieve commercial and gross margin targets aligned with the business plan, development of recommendations and concrete action plans on discount, management of the ad-hoc performance of those actions taken/their ROI, optimization of shelf allocations by brand within each axis through the analysis of performance and profitability of brands by integrating overall strategy of the company, and analysis of performance of brands' assortments in terms of turnover, profitability, depreciation.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar required
- 4-6+ years working experience finance, sales, or analytics preferably in the consumer goods industry
- Prior experience in RGM/NRM or PPA a plus
- Strong analytical skills and ability to uncover insights from multiple sources
- Experience which demonstrates advanced problem solving and analytic capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional team environment
- Experience within international sales
