Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Sales Officer to join our team at Melon. As a senior sales leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, driving business growth through strategic partnerships and efficient sales processes.

Responsibilities

Developing Strategic Plans – Create and implement scalable, data-driven sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.

Team Leadership & Mentoring – Build, manage, and develop a high-performing sales team that consistently meets targets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration – Foster close relationships with other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Identifying Market Opportunities – Research and identify key market trends and opportunities for growth and expansion.

Driving Sales Performance – Monitor sales performance, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement improvements to drive growth and efficiency.

Building Strategic Partnerships – Develop and maintain partnerships that contribute to business growth, customer acquisition, and increased revenue streams.
