We are seeking an experienced Head of Expansion and Growth to lead our efforts in Türkiye, leveraging their expertise to drive business growth and develop strategic relationships. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in partner program development and management.

In this position, you will oversee the growth of our partner ecosystem, identifying new opportunities and building strategic relationships. You will also lead a high-performing local team, driving business growth through effective partnership development.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive partner strategy to drive business growth in Türkiye.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new partners, identifying opportunities for expansion and collaboration.
  • Leveraging industry insights to inform product development and ensure alignment with market needs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Leading a high-performing local team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing and managing successful partner programs.
  • Strong connections within various partner networks.
  • Naturally outgoing and skilled at building relationships.
  • Professional and well-presented.
  • Willingness to travel for events across Turkey.
  • Experience in public speaking and delivering presentations.
  • An established network in GR (Government Relations) is a plus.
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to drive partnerships.
  • Genuine passion for marketing and business growth.
  • Based in Istanbul (preferred).
