
Territory Sales Representative

The Customer Success Consultant will focus on developing and maintaining strong customer relationships for Sartorius. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record of success in building customer partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term partnership
- Identify new business opportunities and drive newly launched innovative products and services into the marketplace
- Assess and analyze customer needs, generate leads, and respond to customer inquiries
- Develop and implement account plans and request resources in line with the account plans
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to create higher market perception and successful strategies to gain business from an account
- Coordinate and participate in marketing activities in assigned territory
