
Enterprise Sales Representative

Welcome to an exciting opportunity to join Pure Storage, Inc. as a highly skilled sales professional in Istanbul.
This role requires you to be based in the office for 3 days a week, with variations depending on business needs.
- Your primary focus will be to evangelize our cutting-edge enterprise storage technology and data solutions to customers.
- You will build and invest in relationships with customers to establish our value proposition and drive the highest customer satisfaction ratings in the industry.
- As a leader, you will develop account plans to engage internal resources and execute winning strategies for new Pure Customers.
- You will drive and manage a robust pipeline of sales activity to ensure quarterly and annual quotas are met or exceeded.
We are looking for an authentic individual with a genuine desire to engage customers and understand their business challenges.
- You should possess thought leadership, creativity, and a Challenger Mindset to apply your customer insights and expertise in technology solutions.
- An avid hunter with proven prospecting skills is required, consistently opening doors to new customers and navigating between the boardroom and the data center.
- You must have excellent interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication, to build relationships easily and deepen them over time.
- Able to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency.
- Expertise in leading a complex sales process with multiple stakeholders, while fostering teamwork and shared ownership internally and with Partners.
- A consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving referenceable business.
- Passionate about post-sales customer success.
- Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience with a focus on new logo acquisition or business development, delivering $5-$10M per year in revenues.
- Existing deep knowledge of selling into the Telco market from a technology vendor or Channel Partner perspective.
