We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to reinforce our Construction Business Unit Team.
What we are looking for?
- Conducts internal and external analysis and assessment of the industry, customers, competitors, etc., and formulates strategies consistent with corporate goals & direction.
- Bachelor's Degree, Civil Engineering, MSc/MBA is a plus.
- Basic English language skills; oral and written.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the fiber industries / chemical admixtures/concrete and related products.
- General understanding of cement/concrete/flooring/shotcrete/injection applications.
- Proven record in sales in infrastructure and/or industrial projects.
- Basic understanding of construction and chemical safety.
- Ability to conduct communication, presentations, and demonstrations to project stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking, time management, and negotiation skills.
- Willing to travel 70%.
- Has a valid driving license.
- Military service completion for male candidates.
What you will be doing?
Job Description
Accelerate revenue growth of the KraTos Synthetic Fibers portfolio, by increasing share in the Industrial and Infrastructure markets. Find new customers and projects, manage channel partners and applicator activities.
- Oversight of the Synthetic Fiber market – Turkey and Global.
- Provide product recommendations in driving business development opportunities to ensure maximum sales.
- Provide technical support for Industrial/Infrastructure applications.
- Evaluate plans and specifications.
- Analyze field conditions and provide engineering recommendations and solutions.
- Represent and specify Kratos Fibers to the Professional Community: present at seminars, local and international trade shows, and meetings with contractors-consultants.
- Solicit sales and track projects to meet quarterly business objectives.
- Provide a pipeline of projects that are aligned with the annual sales expectations.
- Work closely with the marketing and technical team for site trials and demonstrations.
- Identify and have full visibility on Kratos Product's sales opportunities within industrial and new infrastructure projects.
- Communicate and implement sales strategies with internal and external parties.
- Work closely with the Sales Team on any sales opportunities/risks / any other relevant issues.
