Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing the sales relationship with a group of key accounts. The primary goal is to deliver sales volume in line with targeted trade spend and maintain maximum distribution and availability of Red Bull products.

Responsibilities
  • Annual Agreements & Joint Business Planning: Complete annual agreements with counterparts in relevant accounts, making market analysis and research on account dynamics.
  • In-Store Execution: Ensure execution of annual agreements counterparts, promotional activities, and reach maximum Perfect Store KPIs in assigned accounts.
  • Building Strategic Business Relationships: Build great relationships through first-class customer service, exploiting all opportunities.
Requirements
  • FMC experience (branded or retail) - min 3 years
  • Ability to manage and cultivate good relationships
  • Good selling skills: communication, negotiation, and objection handling skills
  • Has commercial awareness and basic understanding of commercial maths
  • Good command in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Mobility
  • Driving License
  • University Degree
  • Turkish native, Advanced in English
