WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

This role is responsible for leading the Overheads Management. The candidate is expected to have excellent stakeholder management and Business Partnering skills to work with all budget owners within the organization.

  1. Analyzing and monitoring SAP actuals of Local overheads.
  2. Forecasting UL Turkey people and non-people budgets.
  3. Creating and changing cost centers with accurate hierarchies and providing necessary support in MDG tool.
  4. Business Partnering to Function Leads and Category Finance to manage and control their Overheads budgets effectively.
  5. Collaborating closely with General Ledger team during month-end to facilitate necessary actions such as provisions, necessary corrections, and overall financial control.
  6. Reviewing funding and BT requests to ensure alignment with budgetary guidelines.
  7. Preparation of National and BU calls for the country and category finance leaders, and managers.
  8. Addressing the challenges posed by high inflation in Turkey by preparing reports utilizing TUIK data and our forecast, providing insights to the Global FET team for target reliefs.
  9. Providing cost center guidance to stakeholders.
  10. Preparation of monthly and quarterly provisions and fixed charge batches.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • We are looking for someone with key skills of Leadership, Ownership, Capability building, Self Driven and Passion for high performance.
  • Min. 2-4 years of relevant experience (Budget/Overheads Management/FP&A experience preferred)
  • University degree and experience in finance background

Skills

  • Turkish language and advanced English are must
  • Good SAP knowledge
  • Excellent MS Excel Skills
  • Effective communication & Business partnering skills
