What you can expect:

  1. Identify training needs of retail team, measure and evaluate training results, as well as recommend changes to improve training effectiveness.
  2. Review, adapt & translate if necessary, and prepare training materials in alignment with Global Retail Communications, Training & Development to meet local market needs.
  3. Work closely with retail & HR team to implement training plans and to reinforce customer excellence service experience and work in partnership with Global Retail Communications, Training & Development contact person to implement training strategies of the HUGO BOSS University across the market.
  4. Coordinate and conduct trainings of the HUGO BOSS University for all levels of employees such as Retail Academy, customer service & selling techniques, product, train-the-trainer, leadership, digital advisor, etc.
  5. Provide timely support and coaching to store teams at all levels.
  6. Observe and coach retail employees in the store to ensure consistently high customer service and behaviors which are demonstrated in all aspects of customer interaction.
  7. Monitor and follow-up on trainings to ensure employees are equipped with skills and knowledge that will be put into practice (transfer of learning).
  8. Maintain training system & records in the Learning Management System. Produce timely & accurate reports to keep track of training effectiveness.
Your profile:

  1. Demonstrated experience in retail - ideally in fashion retail.
  2. Minimum 2 years solid training and selling experience gained in retail (preferably upper premium & lifestyle segment).
  3. Excellent presentation, communication and facilitation skills.
  4. Strong organizational skills, structured work approach with attention to detail.
  5. Self-confident and positive demeanor, engaging personality in an international environment.
  6. Self-motivated, proactive, attentive to details.
  7. Fluent in English, C-1 level.
  8. Willing to travel.
