We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our retail team as a Retail Trainer. As a key member, you will contribute to the development and delivery of comprehensive training programs that enhance employee performance, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.
- Designing and Delivering Trainings: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver engaging trainings that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Coaching and Mentoring: Provide regular coaching and mentoring to store teams to ensure they possess the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
- Evaluating Training Outcomes: Assess the effectiveness of trainings and make recommendations for improvements.
- Maintaining Training Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of training activities and participant progress.
Candidates should have:
- A strong background in retail operations and training.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, training, or related fields.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.
