What Do We Expect from You?

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from related departments, Master's degree especially MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in related fields.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Team-player, ability to lead and develop team members.
  • Multitasking and result-oriented.
  • Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and research skills.
  • Strong organization, planning, and follow-up skills.
  • Good command of Ms Office Programs.

Basic Functions:

  • Primary owner of DeFacto's Loyalty Program.
  • Develop and execute CRM strategies that increase customer loyalty, engagement, and lifetime value.
  • Manage the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention, across omnichannel platforms.
  • Manage customer retention and growth initiatives with tiered rewards, point systems, exclusive benefits, and personalized offers.
  • Lead segmentation efforts to understand customers and enhance personalized experience.
  • Analyze performance of CRM communications and campaigns, presenting insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Manage loyalty program objectives, KPIs, and success metrics to measure program effectiveness and ROI.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and innovations in CRM and loyalty technologies to enhance program performance.
