Job Title: CRM Manager - Foreign Exchange Expertise

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our team in Istanbul. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing customer relationships within the Foreign Exchange industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and drive sales growth.
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to understand customer needs and behavior.
  • Manage CRM tools and systems to ensure accurate tracking of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to create customer-centric campaigns.
  • Train and support team members in effective CRM practices and tools.
  • Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics and propose improvements as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CRM Manager or similar role, specifically in the Foreign Exchange sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
