Job Title: CRM Manager - Foreign Exchange Expertise
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our team in Istanbul. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing customer relationships within the Foreign Exchange industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and drive sales growth.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to understand customer needs and behavior.
- Manage CRM tools and systems to ensure accurate tracking of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to create customer-centric campaigns.
- Train and support team members in effective CRM practices and tools.
- Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics and propose improvements as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CRM Manager or similar role, specifically in the Foreign Exchange sector.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
