This role goes beyond a job - it's an opportunity to drive customer satisfaction, business growth, and shape our future. You will be responsible for managing and developing the relationship with key customers such as Migros, Carrefour SA, and Health & Beauty Channel. This includes developing and implementing customer strategies, agreeing on joint business plans, and delivering and reviewing them.

You will also provide customer and channel understanding, manage the customer P&L for respective categories, negotiate trade terms and trade funding, and ensure effective use of trade spend with customers. Additionally, you will drive omnichannel growth in national account customers working closely with digital marketing teams for full funnel execution in online channels.
