Job Description

Roha is a worldwide producer and supplier of powder/dispersed pigments and dyes. Our global facilities enable us to offer an excellent range of products and professional services.

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating operational sales, market trends, and customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably with experience in the pigment or similar industry. Knowledge of SAP is preferable, as well as understanding of related products in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate operational sales, market trends, and customer requirements
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets and making good relations with all customers
  • Make regular visits to all customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Develop pricing strategies and identify new business opportunities
  • MIS Reporting – Monthly and Quarterly

Requirements:

  • Graduate, preferably with a management degree
  • Minimum Experience of 3-10 years in Sales of Pigment or Similar industry
  • Knowledge of SAP is preferable
  • Understanding of related products in the market
