Your role

OPS HRBPs' job scope is Operations & Sales Lenses. The mission of the position is consulting all business leaders about all HR issues such as recruitment, onboarding, terminations, legal issues, company policies, payroll system processes, organizational development, employee engagement, and training.

The most challenging part of the position is managing blue collar related issues, union relations, and managing change for the leaders and their teams in dynamic business environments. The success factors for this role are collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders, effective communication, gathering business know-how, and creating effective solutions based on business trends.

The role could be based in Istanbul OR Ankara and requires business travels.

Main responsibilities

  • Work with executive leadership to determine business needs and collaborate with all stakeholders to help meet these needs.
  • Identify new roles and/or existing job openings that must be filled to enable the business to meet its goals.
  • Lead the hiring process for high-priority roles, from creating the job description to screening and interviewing candidates.
  • Support HR Director in preparing the HR budget and follow up.
  • Develop new HR strategies.
  • Evaluate training programs (in-house digital training platform Leonardo & outsource).
  • Support HR Director on workforce, succession planning, and restructuring.
  • Support global HR teams in adapting global HR projects locally.
  • Resolve all blue collar employee issues.
  • Support HR Director & HRSS Responsible in union management processes.
  • Identify coaching needs for all levels of the team.
  • Drive HR initiatives.
  • Apply knowledge of employment law to effectively resolve employment relations issues in partnership with leaders and legal team resources.

Main requirements

  • BS degree in related fields such as Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, etc.
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in HR departments in FMCG / Manufacturing sector.
  • Solid experience in overall HR processes.
  • Strategic control of HR processes.
  • Analytical and goal-oriented.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Strong communication skills in large and small groups.
  • Solid experience with Ms Office and SAP HR.
  • English and Turkish
