Responsibilities:
- The HR Business Consultant will be mainly responsible for contributing to the broader business and HR agenda of the Corporate Functions.
- Providing specialist advice to Line Managers on key aspects of Employee Relations, legislation and tailoring.
- Managing periodic HR budget planning with HRBP & follows up budgeted headcounts.
- Taking role in organizational change processes.
- Following up intern requests, role and salary changes.
- Following up escalated issues to HRBPs.
- Following up the status of the Mid & End year performance and potential reviews with managers.
- Management of the completion of the performance improvement plans, development plans and actions.
- Providing specialist advice to Line Managers on key aspects of Employee Relations, legislation and tailoring.
- Supporting formal procedures for resolving employee grievance.
- Conducting exit interviews and reportings.
- Tracking termination process to provide specialist advice to Line Managers on key aspects.
- Low performance management with managers and HRBP's, completion of the performance improvement plans, development plans and actions.
- Conduct and manage action plans and meetings of Global Employee Survey.
- BSc. degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR (in different various departments of HR).
- Familiar with HR Common practices, operations, systems and processes.
- Fluent in English.
- Customer Focused.
- Agile and solution oriented.
- Collaborative (HR stakeholders and employees).
- Acts as an Employee Relationship builder.
