Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by implementing effective division and channel strategies.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with key accounts to drive sales growth.
  • Maintain 100% execution of company priorities in your assigned field.
  • Manage annual agreements with retail customers to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Identify and capitalize on business developer special opportunities.
  • Monitor competitors in the field to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Track and manage reconciliation, open account, and payment transactions.
  • Analyze and update JBP (Plan and realize) forecasts to ensure accuracy.
Requirements
  • 4 years of university education.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG companies.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Valid driving license for frequent travel.
