Job Description:

As an Account Development Representative, you'll act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term success. You'll collaborate with internal teams to optimize the customer experience, leveraging company expertise to provide strategic recommendations and deliver personalized experiences.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in customer success, user experience, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients, prioritize tasks effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English and Turkish (additional languages are a plus)
  • Experience with AI, voice/chatbot solutions
