As a Global Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our financial strategy and direction. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the budget and reporting process, ensuring that our financial performance is accurately reflected in our consolidated financial statements.

You will work closely with finance function professionals in subsidiaries and sites to analyze and identify the drivers of financial performance and trends. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and reporting ad-hoc and periodic management reports, regional and site KPI reports, monthly reporting packs, and presentations to BOD and other senior management. You will also be responsible for quarterly CMB reports, supporting external and internal audit teams, monitoring cash flow and working capital closely, informing management where necessary, following up on updates on IFRS, regulations, and accounting policies, assessing their effects on financials, communicating those effects to related departments, facilitating knowledge and sharing best practices within the finance function globally, and supporting other business functions by providing timely and accurate supplemental financial information.
