About The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in our personal health unit.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic industry, where you will have the chance to build strong relationships with customers, drive sales growth, and contribute to our company's mission to improve people's lives.
- Your Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers in your assigned district or area.
- Your Goals: Identify new business opportunities, develop customized sales plans, and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Your Team: Work closely with our sales team, marketing department, pricing team, finance team, and supply chain team to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 5 years of Sales/Account Management experience in FMCG;
- Excellent communication skills & high ownership;
- Bachelor's degree;
- Turkish as native speaking proficiency and English as business professional level.
