About The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in our personal health unit.

  • Your Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers in your assigned district or area.
  • Your Goals: Identify new business opportunities, develop customized sales plans, and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Your Team: Work closely with our sales team, marketing department, pricing team, finance team, and supply chain team to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of Sales/Account Management experience in FMCG;
  • Excellent communication skills & high ownership;
  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Turkish as native speaking proficiency and English as business professional level.
