As a Business Development Representative at Omtera, you'll play a crucial role in driving our business growth by connecting with target accounts and booking high-quality meetings.
Job DescriptionThis is a fully remote role ideal for a proactive and tech-savvy individual looking to grow their career in business development.
Responsibilities- Identify and connect with key decision-makers in target accounts through various channels.
- Build and manage a high-quality prospect pipeline using tools like Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Book a high volume of qualified meetings each month and ensure smooth handoffs to the sales team.
- Effectively communicate Omtera's value propositions and solutions to prospects, focusing on their specific needs and challenges.
- Conduct initial qualification of leads to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve performance.
- Strong proficiency in tools like Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Familiarity with modern outreach methods and strategies for high-volume lead generation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Previous experience in a BDR/SDR role is a plus.
