Job Description:

Fupa Asansör is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our export territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in the elevator industry. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers, and monitoring sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth in the assigned region.
  2. Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs and expectations.
  3. Monitor and ensure the realization of regional sales targets based on the area's potential.
  4. Possess sufficient knowledge about the brands represented and the products and services offered by the company; request training when necessary.
  5. Carry out all sales processes in accordance with Fupa Asansör's Sales Strategy; obtain approval from Sales Director when exceeding defined margins.
  6. Track and ensure the timely collection of payments from customers in the responsible region.
  7. Regularly inform the Sales Director about high-risk customers and propose preventive actions.
  8. Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies within the region and share competitive analyses with the manager.
  9. Conduct SWOT analyses of the assigned region and prepare regular reports.
  10. Identify potential customers in the region; evaluate them based on financial capacity, sales ability, representation competence, and similar criteria; recommend qualified candidates to management.
  11. Actively participate in trade fairs, seminars, and other promotional events, representing Fupa Asansör professionally.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree from Engineering or Business Administration faculties
  2. Advanced level of English; preferably also proficient in one of the following: French, Arabic, or Russian
  3. Minimum 3 years of experience in export and field sales
  4. Preferably at least 1 year of experience in the elevator industry
  5. No travel restrictions for domestic or international assignments
  6. Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
  7. Analytical thinker with strong persuasion and communication skills
  8. Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of LOGO ERP is a plus
  9. Holder of a valid B-class driver's license and actively drives
  10. Residing in the Anatolian side of Istanbul
  11. For male candidates, military service must be completed
