Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Overseas Sales Representative to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding Dentium's presence across international markets while contributing to the growth of our innovative dental solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to diverse markets and cultures. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, with a focus on sales, preferably in the dental, medical, or healthcare industry.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills (e.g., Arabic, Persian) are a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for creating documents and presentations.
  • Experience in export and import, with a strong understanding of international trade and the ability to prepare shipping documents.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end import/export process, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and timely delivery.
  • Monitor international market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and provide feedback to the headquarters.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dental clinics, logistics partners and other key partners in the assigned international markets.
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets while expanding Dentium's market share globally.
  • Present and promote Dentium's dental products, including implants, regeneration materials, and digital solutions, to prospective clients.
  • Represent Dentium at international exhibitions, trade shows, and seminars to build brand awareness and establish connections.
  • Provide product training and ongoing support to distributors and clients, ensuring they are knowledgeable about Dentium's offerings.
  • Assist negotiate contracts, pricing, and shipping terms with clients.
  • Ensure compliance with import/export laws, handling all required documentation.
  • Coordinate inventory and logistics to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Prepare reports on import/export volumes, market conditions, and forecasts.
  • Manage shipping costs, including transportation, duties, and taxes.
