We're seeking an experienced Sales Performance Manager to join our team in Antalya, Turkey. As part of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth, developing strategic plans, and managing key performance indicators (KPIs).
About the Role:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by leveraging defined resources and strategies.
- Oversee daily distributor operations, ensuring alignment with Pernod Ricard's working principles.
- Develop service packages within the market entry strategy for your region.
- Conduct customer segmentation and investment planning to drive horizontal and vertical growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, promoting business development aligned with company priorities.
- Monitor key trends and issues within the sales region, offering actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Develop sales forecasts for your region, set team goals, and ensure the effective execution of central and local campaigns.
- Coach and mentor sales teams (PR & distributor teams), identifying individual development needs and fostering a motivated work environment.
