About Our Company
- We were established in 1968 as part of the OYAK Group and have been serving as the General Distributor of Renault, Dacia, and Alpine automotive brands in Turkey since then.
- We have a strong presence across the country with 4 branches and 73 authorized dealerships, offering sales services at 116 points and after-sales services at 145 points nationwide.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Leading a team of service professionals to ensure seamless operations and high-quality services.
- Collaborating with the Branch Manager and other stakeholders to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and addressing customer complaints effectively.
- Reporting on and analyzing after-sales activities to identify areas for improvement.
