About the Role

As part of the Customer Service Sales Department, you will play a key role in developing and strengthening our services sales structure in the Turkish market, directly reporting to the General Manager of the Legal Entity in System Ceramics Ltd.

Main Responsibilities

  • Focus on customer relations through regular visits aimed at increasing awareness of the importance of purchasing original spare parts and upgrades.
  • Analyse the data related to the installed base of machines to propose spare parts offerings and machinery upgrades. This activity will be conducted in coordination with the Branch Manager and the Sales Area Manager for the relevant region.
  • Ensure the sales offer process and customer orders (e.g., negotiations and follow-ups) to proactively support the Customer Service Sales budget.
  • Support Service Products in alignment with the technical and sales needs of the markets.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service Operations Department to ensure technical support for customer maintenance, analyzing spare parts to ensure the technical standards.
  • Provide information regarding customers' installed machinery and analyze satisfaction levels through structured surveys managed by the company.

About You

You are an experienced sales professional who is eager to increase sales in the Turkish market. You will thrive working closely with customers and ideally have some experience in automation machinery. Previous experience working with technical sales is important as you will find new leads, explain our portfolio to customers, monitor order intake and provide quotations.

What You Need To Be Successful

  • English and Turkish fluency. (Italian considered a plus)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex technical issues and find effective solutions.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  • Sales orientated in order to anticipate the customer needs and ability to seize business opportunities.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic context.
  • Ability to work with objectives.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Proactive attitude and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to travel 50% (within Türkiye and occasional trips to HQ in Italy)
