Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team in İzmir. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive sales growth.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives.
- Account Management: Maintain existing customer relationships through regular communication and account management.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- A minimum of 3 years of working experience in a sales-related role.
- Excellent command of English language skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- An active B-class driver's license.
- Strong analytical perspective, relationship management skills, and high planning and organizing abilities.
- The ability to build relationships with clients quickly and effectively.
- Flexibility and proactivity within the team, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Residency in Izmir.
