
Business Development and Growth Specialist

- Initiate and maintain industrial contacts in your market to stay informed about their processes.
- Mainly work in the Aegean region but also cover Marmara and Anatolian regions as needed.
- Work with sales representatives on joint account and prospection planning according to sales development objectives for the market.
- Promote selected Air Liquide solutions to potential and existing customers.
- Develop and leverage relationships at both a business and technical level within customer organizations.
- Negotiate Air Liquide's offer and sign contracts with customers.
- Protect customer portfolio against competitor attacks and increase the value of existing sales.
- Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
- Participate in seminars, symposiums, fairs, and other industry events to stay updated.
