We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team as an International Sales Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our customer portfolio, acquiring new customers, and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Accountabilities- Manage existing customer relationships, ensuring timely delivery of products and services that meet their needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies to expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the flexible packaging industry.
- Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and track performance metrics.
