**About the Job:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Account Manager to join our team at ManpowerGroup. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow business in assigned accounts or regions.
  • Conduct market research and investigation to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Assembly, Technical Service, Finance, Marketing, and Order Processing to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Manage customer relationships by understanding their needs, anticipating their requirements, and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate agreements and close sales deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Prospect for new business through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
  • Report sales activities and performance metrics in Microsoft CRM-System.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in the Power Transmission industry.
  • Strong understanding of industrial sales processes, excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven problem-solving attitude, ability to work under time pressure, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
