As a Business Development Manager at Map, you will play a key role in creating and managing our direct sales offering. To be successful in this position, you should hold a bachelor's degree from a reputable university and have experience in sales and customer relations.

The ideal candidate will be part of a dynamic team to offer B2B integration services located in our Etiler office. While the primary tasks involve new sales, add-on sales to our 1000+ blue-chip trading partners, and business development, our potential executive will also be involved in customer satisfaction, aftersales needs, and customer retention.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive customer satisfaction through daily interactions
  • Generate new business opportunities
  • Establish opportunities to improve service to existing clients
  • Identify and take advantage of new market opportunities
