
Customer Service Sales Development Manager

About System Ceramics
We are a leading organization headquartered in Italy, with international branches strategically located across the globe. Our business portfolio encompasses innovative solutions in pressing, decoration, sorting, and quality control for the ceramics industry.
As part of the Customer Service Sales Department, you will play a key role in developing our services sales structure in the Turkish market.
Main Responsibilities
- Foster customer relations through regular visits to increase awareness of original spare parts and upgrades.
- Analyze installed base data to propose customized spare parts offerings and machinery upgrades.
- Ensure sales offer process and customer orders to support the sales budget.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service Operations Department for technical support and satisfaction surveys.
About You
You are an experienced sales professional eager to grow sales in the Turkish market. Ideally, you have automation machinery experience and excellent problem-solving skills.
What You Need To Be Successful
- English and Turkish fluency. Italian considered a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales orientated to anticipate customer needs and seize business opportunities.
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic context.
- Proactive attitude and continuous improvement.
- Ability to travel 50% within Türkiye and occasionally to HQ in Italy.
