About the Job

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to develop and strengthen our services sales structure in the Turkish market.

As a Sales and Customer Relations Executive, you will play a key role in fostering customer relationships and identifying new sales opportunities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Foster strong customer relationships through regular visits and tailored sales approaches.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of installed base data to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer support.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and competitor activity.

About You

You should be an experienced sales professional with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

What You Need To Be Successful

  • Fluency in English and Turkish. Italian is considered a valuable asset.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • A proactive approach to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Comfortable traveling 50% within Türkiye and occasionally to HQ in Italy.
