About the Job:

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our sales efforts in the HVAC industry. As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and revenue responsibility for own sales region with significant travel share in the market.
  2. Processing of customer projects.
  3. Management of all sales activities in the sales region with the aim of gaining market share and increasing profitable company turnover.
  4. Analysis and expansion of existing international customer potential and acquisition of new customers.
  5. Carrying out market and competitor analyses.
  6. Stakeholder interests to develop your sales strategies in coordination with the MD.
  7. Technical consulting and support of your customers in the design of our products.
  8. Development of price and added value strategies.
  9. Supporting your customer service staff by agreeing on and maintaining customer and delivery standards, as well as developing their technical competence.
  10. Implementation of and participation in presence fairs, customer presentations/product trainings etc.
  11. Continuous observation of the competition.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  2. Prior experience within the HVAC industry.
  3. Technical knowledge of refrigeration/air conditioning or heating systems is a plus.
  4. Proven experience as a Senior Sales Engineer, with a track record of driving revenue, profitability, and growth.
  5. Strong strategic planning and business development skills.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
