
Sales and Marketing Manager for HVAC Products

About the Job:
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our sales efforts in the HVAC industry. As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and revenue responsibility for own sales region with significant travel share in the market.
- Processing of customer projects.
- Management of all sales activities in the sales region with the aim of gaining market share and increasing profitable company turnover.
- Analysis and expansion of existing international customer potential and acquisition of new customers.
- Carrying out market and competitor analyses.
- Stakeholder interests to develop your sales strategies in coordination with the MD.
- Technical consulting and support of your customers in the design of our products.
- Development of price and added value strategies.
- Supporting your customer service staff by agreeing on and maintaining customer and delivery standards, as well as developing their technical competence.
- Implementation of and participation in presence fairs, customer presentations/product trainings etc.
- Continuous observation of the competition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Prior experience within the HVAC industry.
- Technical knowledge of refrigeration/air conditioning or heating systems is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Senior Sales Engineer, with a track record of driving revenue, profitability, and growth.
- Strong strategic planning and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
