LC Waikiki's subsidiary, Taha Giyim, seeks an experienced HR Specialist to join its growing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the company's vision of becoming Europe's best retail company by 2026. This includes managing human resources processes, monitoring organizational needs, and coordinating performance evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:- The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and report on feedback processes for assessment and development center applications.
- They will coordinate promotion, reassignment, and job change processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- The successful candidate will track, analyze, and regularly report the performance of responsible HR processes.
- Additionally, they will implement and follow up on all disciplinary procedures, promoting a positive work environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Management, and Employee Relations is necessary.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, collaborative attitude, and commitment to continuous learning are essential.
- The ideal candidate should possess excellent planning and organizational skills, as well as strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
